looking more for THINGS TO DO rather than skiing (I know both are ok for that, i'm not a pro anyway)
so it will be 5 days 4 nights first half of Feb. 2007 (or around there)

well i'm not shure, but if it was me, i'd go with aspen: it seems to be more in the buzz with celebrity and spotlights. As far as skiing, Vail would be hard to beat - and i'm shure there's stuff to do there also...but i'd go with aspen

More to do than skiining ..but it sounds like you are into snow.
It depends on your budget and how far you are willing to travel.
Im assuming you are in the USA.
Places such as Spain, Greece and Thailand are worth visiting

they're the same damn town..
if you want some cool places to go, ditch the $$ towns and hit the local cow towns for a swing on the dirty dance floors and the rauncchy rock-n-roll on the jukebox... have a real adventure...
