1. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai - Inoocent, excellent script, thorough entertainment.
2. Kal Ho Naa Ho - It really made me think..first for a movie.
3. Sholay - Pure Entertainment..nothing else.
4. Dilwale Dulhaniya..... - Celebration of Indian culture
5. Rang De Basanti - Very thought-provoking film
6. Mohabattein - Magnum opus
7. Veer-Zaara - Epic which was enjoyable
8. Lage Raho Munnabhai - Excellent concept did it for me.
9. Don - Slick and fast paced...the old one
10. Munnabhai MBBS - Funny and very cool

I'm not Indian but I love Hindi Film. I don't know the top ten Indian movies but here are some of my favorite.
1. Kuch Kuch Kota heh - sorry I don't know the spelling but it is with Kajol, SRK, and Kajol's cousin.
2. DDLJ - SRK and Kajol
3. Rajah - Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Kapoor
4. Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gum - SRK, Hritrik, Amitabh
5. Black -very touching
6. 1942 - Love Story -I think that's the title starring Manisha Koirala
7. Veer zaraa - Is that how it's spelled, it's with SRK
8. Ashoka - Kareena Kapoor and SRK

I'm not Indian and I've only seen 4 Indian movies but my favourites are definitly Mohabbatein and Veer & Zaara! Yeah I know both cheesy love stories but I love them anyway ^^
