how do i get into harvard for my MBA in business?

Work experience. If you can demonstrate that your job has made you a better person intellectually and socially, that would give you an edge when applying to Harvard. Big name companies like McKinsey and Goldman Sachs will definitely help you a lot. Other than that, the usual suspects: undergrad GPA, GMAT, Letters of Recommendations, Volunteer/Organizations Work, and Essays.
