It all depends where you eat. The yen rate is high right now so that means it is cheap to eat here. I live in Japan and it really stinks that everything here is expencive because they are below us in cash value. American money should not be made for a while so that when Japanses come to America or anyone else they can pay like we do there or anywhere else. That way our Washingtons can buy a car. get it.

I never observed rootbeer in Japan, and peanut butter develop into somewhat costly ($10-20 a jar), so those are stable starts. sparkling fruit is so plenty extra costly there too, extraordinarily melon and strawberries. The cultures are diverse adequate that fairly plenty each and every thing you consume, drink, or do would be diverse from what they're used to. as far as events, do despite is cool everywhere you're. Take them to work out any sought after places close to you or any lakes/parks/and so on. stable luck!

The great thing about Japan is that there is truly a full range of dining experience from $5 lunch at a McDonald's or noodle shop to $1,000 or more for fine Japanese cuisine. The $5 lunch can really be good, too! And no tipping!

I don't think it is as expensive as it is in the UK.For the Americans among us a Big Mac would cost around 4-5 dollars? In Japan it is about 500 yen.

a lot of places are very expensive, but if you get out of the big cities and eat where the locals eat, you can enjoy real Japanese food for not a lot of money. Don't go to places that cater to Westerners, or places that are trying to serve Western food - those are always expensive and a lot of times you're disappointed.

Depends. You can eat from $3. But it is not difficult to find the restaurants to cost you $100 per person.

not that true. It's the same everywhere, just depends on whether you're fine dining or eating at roadside stalls. I've seen beef noodles that cost only 3 SGD.
