I always wore tampons, but i can't anymore so what are the best ones out there?

Lunapads – Cloth pads so they are cheap, environmentally friendly and a lot healthier than commercial pads like Always or Kotex. There are a lot of cloth pad companies but I think Lunapads are the best because they use such lovely soft cotton fleece and are well made so they lay really well in your underwear; they also make Lunapanties that are really great to use, and they have extra bits that can go into the pad when you are having a heavy day. http://www.luanpads.com

Trust me... the store brand pads don't work as well. The only store brand that I've found that could be remotely acceptable is the fake version of always pads from wal-mart. They have wings an all. Tampons are GREAT!!! They feel less bulky. However, a tampon must be changed more often than a pad or you'll experience embarrassing leakage.

I like the new always shhh ones or kotex. For me personally the kotex are the best.
