now that america built some airbase to patrol the border of america from canada wuts next? i hope their not planning to start an issue with canada just to get canada's natural resources coz as we all no america is needs more resources to support their "war on terror" i hope canada wont be the next targe of any other nation coz our natural resources here are not truly explored. and we all now that we are not a military country unlike US, korea and china, we are not capable of going to war and thats the fact. im just worried thats all. its possible u know. wut america wants they get.

Do not worry. We have no intention of taking anything from Canada by force. We were attacked, and now we are securing our borders and our ports. This is normal behavior related to the security of our nation. Peace to Canada.

Yes, we were attacked five years ago. Prior to and during that time, the northern border was to have been guarded in good faith by Canada and the United States working together. However, recent sentiment in Canada appears to be favoring the terrorists. Anti-American propaganda of people who for some reason the world would give the rights of a free people to a people who are committed to forcing Americans into submission. Does this really make sense to Canadians? Your leaders have begun to go the way of popular liberals. Now, we see that we must protect ourselves as best we can. Your comments about the United States, inferring that we are warmongers makes the point very clearly. We were attacked. When Canada is attacked who do they expect to protect them? When some area of the world has a tragedy, who does the world expect to help them? The world needs to come out from under the security of its blanket and take a good look at things as they really are... Canada included. And stop blaming America for everything that is wrong with the world. Educate yourself.

Uh, maybe you should check your facts. Canada and the U.S. have had a joint monitoring system for all of North America utilizing both countries military. It was started back during the "Cold War" and continues today. The increase in border security is simply a reaction to a ever escalating terrorist threat from desperate countries and individuals. Further, Canada was and is involved in the Iraq war and the Afghanistan situation.

We are tired of Canadians smuggling cheap cigarettes
across the border from the US.
All the contact with communist countries like Cuba is very suspicious. Plus we want the cheaper prescription drugs that Canada is hording.
