Do you having bleeding? Does it hurt a lot? how far along are you? Call emerg or go in if you're bleeding. Dont take chances. But also.. a little abdominal pain can be your expanding uterus putting rperssure on organs. Pregnant women also become constipated. That will give you the most annoying pain. Believe me. I'm right there with ya.

No, bloody discharge and pain are usually associated with a miscarriage. Your lower abdomen can be tender when pregnant but don't leave it up to us "answerer's" to decide...go to your OB/Gyn to get some concrete proof that your baby is ok. Good luck.

I don't think so. Early in my pregnancy, my lower abdomen was very sensitive. Miscarriage will feel like really bad period pains.

If you are worried go and get checked out, doesn't mean miscarriage, but if you start bleeding that is a sign.

You will know if you have a miscarriage. Uncontrolled bleeding with clots, and uterus contraction pains, the same as if you were about to give birth.
