To be honest Ashwini I don't think so because people of India have to change from within to make India a developed nation by 2020...With all these corruption in govt. offices, unemployment,poverty & other ills plagueing India,our President's dream of making India a develpoed nation by 2020 seems to fall short of target...

I can be certain that it won't. Going by the rate in which we are going , we would still be under-developed nation. Twenty years ago people thought India would be a developed nation in twenty years time but nothing happened. Until we change the system, nothing is ever going to work-out.

India is developed nation if everyone in this country stop taking bribe for 7 days. India can repay all loan taken from other countries.

Sorry, it's impossible, you can't change the entire country in 20 years, we're talking about india here, it's a huge country, my guess is India won't even be a developed country in 50 years time, 100 years maybe.
