BBC4, BBC7 etc. I got the extra ITV settings but don't know the BBC ones

They should be there automatically when u turn on Sky.
Give Sky a call and let them know your not getting them.I've got Sky and I can get all of the extra BBC channels except the subscripion HD ones.

You should get all the BBC regional chanels automatically. They're all 9xx numbers.
Go to TV Listings, select Entertainment and then Page UP from 101. They should be listed there.

I don't know about BBC4 but BBC7 is at 0131on my box, maybe your'e looking in the wrong place, it's a RADIO channel for kids !!

They should be there. I think they're on the second page of the listings.
