just read the text and view the missed calls as soon as possible cos i don't think u can stop it. however, try goin' to the sound settings on ur pebl and check if there's anything that remotely says u can stop that beep aight,cheers.
just an after thought, put ur phone on silent mode.

Go into styles, lets say you use Vibe and Ring normally. Go into Vibe and Ring detail. There is a category called Reminders and it is currently set to beep, you can change it to Vibrate or off.
That's how to do it on my RAZR!

I used to have a Motorola phone and ya cant stop it! Well I never found out how to do it!! Sorry!!

settings>audio>scroll down one to whatever "style" detail>reminders>beep, vibrate, off
all the little details are in the "style" detail setting
leaving your phone on vibrate or silent will not quiet the reminder beep.
