Why are you asking this on Yahoo!Answers?!!?! Get yourself to the Emirate Embassy/Consulate and apply for a visa.

the sponsoring company will arrange to complete the formalities of stamping your residence visa or employment visa....

rather than heading, better you apply online with nadia.com, or so many of recruitment agency.
i could help a bit only for vist visa not for employement.

The only legal way to get a visa is through the US Government.
