All indicators are the outsourcing trend is stagnating. U.S. companies are making more aggressive attempts here to cut costs - layoffs, plant closings, early retirements, hiring slowdowns.

No, because Americans would never DO the jobs that the workers in India do for the SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY they get paid over there!

India has enough people to fill all their jobs. South America might be a better bet.
