inside the fire place like 3-4 horizontal 2-3 vertical ( may be backwards lol) steel bars with 4 of the bars bending down into legs and the top vertical bars bending up to hold the logs

There are many designs, but most look like a box, where you can put logs in them. certain fire places have the log holder included with them.

A couple of large steel rings around 36 inches in diameter that are supported by a set of perpindicularly aligned legs at the bottom.
