I have 3 tiger sharks but they are not eating anything. They are not taking food since I have purchased them a month ago. I read on a website that you should have 1 or 6 tiger sharks for best performance. Is it true? Please help me!

hi
dont worry too much yar. I have 4 tiger sharks and 2 red eye pink silver shark. When i got it new, all the six did not eat properly for nearly 20 days or so. I dont know how many fishes ur having. But i do have nearly 35 fishes in my tank of varied size and i was also worried initially but as days went on they got accustomed and started eating properly. These sharks are highly sensitive buddys and will take more time to adapt to new environment but they are also really very strong and can survive for a long time without eating much. They are highly social and wont harm other fishes also. U need not worry, try to feed them with live worms or flakes. It will soon become okay. U wont believe its almost one year since i got all those fishes and all are fine and very healthy and they are about 3/4 feet long. Sorry i dont have any idea regarding the number of sharks to be kept in a tank. Good luck and i will pray for ur fishes. Bye.
