As I was using the blow dryer, the GFCI outlet when out. I went to flip the breaker completely off and then back on, but it still doesn't work. Now, all of my GFCI outlets are not working. How can I fix this problem? Or do I need to call an electrician?

I recommend replacing the breaker box GFCI (which sounds like what you have) with a standard breaker, and replacing all the outlets which need protection with individual GFCI's, which can be had at Lowe's or Home Depot for about $13, or at Harbor Freight Tools for half that (when they are on sale, which is frequently). I'm doing that to a friend's house now.

There should be a button on the GFCI you need to push. If this doesn't work, that means you had a faulty outlet which needs replaced.

Make sure you unplug all the GFI outlets, then check all the outlets to see if any of them have an individual reset button. If that doesn't work, youu may have to replace all of them (starting with the outlet you had plugged into the blow dryer).
