Try the following:
1. Consult your guidance counselor/career coach about it.
2. Search for "scholarships in the Netherlands" in the Yahoo!, Google, and other search engines.
3. Call or personally visit the Dutch Embassy in Ethiopia and ask for information on the matter.
4. Check out www.nuffic.org.nl, an educational organization based in the Netherlands.
5. Extend your research to scholarships in other countries such as United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, South Africa, Philippines, etc.

you will have to contact the school that you wish to go see what it takes to get a scholarship to that school over at the Netherlands. Also see if you can qualify for grants or other foreign exchange student help to study in that country from that school.
