Depends. It could be false labor. If you use a stop watch to measure the timing of your contractions, the contractions will gradually get closer and closer together. If they're erratic--then it may be false labor. Also time how long the contractions are. True contractions will last 30 second or more. if they're shorter than that, its likeyl false labor. Another indicator is location. Real labor contractions can be fletin the upper abdomen, lower back, and radiate outwards. false ones are most often felt in the lower abdomen/groin area. If you move around a little, and it seems to ease the pain, that's another good sign that it's false labor.

Let mother nature take it's course. The pain, and the baby, will come soon enough! Good luck with the baby.

Walking. Lots of sex! and try taking some castor oil. It's an old wives' cure but I've seen it work before.

I didnt have anyone to sleep with...my friend Casey, she tried everything to get my son out of me.. all except doing a c-section... it took her 19 days.. but I was in damn good shape from all the walking and stairs... You really can't do anything to help it go any sooner. You just have to wait it out!

I know how anxious you are, but trust me- just relax, put your feet up, and enjoy your last bit of peace and quiet. Your baby will come when it's supposed to come.
