You posted this question 1 hour ago, so maybe it still time, only if it happened 1 hour ago. Wet the stain with COLD water and put a bit of liquid laundry soap on the stain and rub it a little, then soak this sheets in the COLD soapy water(laundry soap) for a while. Then wash it in the washing machine. Do not use warm/hot water.

Try equal parts water and white vinegar. Pour over the stain and let set for at least 10 minutes then wash. If they are white sheets bleach, but do not dry until the stain is gone. Repeat the process if after you wash and the stain is still visible.

Ok, bleach obvioiusly will also destroy any color in the sheets too. Try hydrogen peroxide (the normal 3% stuff you get in the store). Remember how the stuff foams when you pour it on a cut? It is an oxygenating bleach - so it's safe(r). Peroxide is the same main component as the "Oxy-Clean" products they charge so much for. So soak in hydrogen peroxide, wash in cold... repeat. Use a detergent that has "enzyme" listed in the ingredients.

Soak the spot or the whole sheet, depending on the size of the stain, in regular hydrogen peroxide. Wash them as usual and it should come out.

Well if you just did it like a day or two ago you need to soak them in cold water and let it sit until it comes out. But I know if you waited too long then the blood won't come out.

Just toss them out, they aint that expensive and you'll always know these are the "bloody sheets". Stop being cheap.

This is why you ALWAYS have more than one set of sheets people! You never know when the blood stains will show up.

Use COLD water only or you will COOK the blood in. Soak in COLD water and pour SALT over the blood spots. The salt will suck the stain out and then you can wash in cold water.

I thought every girl's mother taught them this...

Rinse it out, immediately, in cold water until the stain is gone. That will get the blood out. Do NOT let it dry.

Hydrogen Perixode!!! Pour it on the stain and it will begin to bubble up. Rub in and rinse with COLD water. Trust me, the stain will disappear!
