Age doesn't matter, but you should have something in common unless you're rich and she's a trophy wife.

Being 15 years apart it may be hard to have something in common. You both grew up in different times and are at different stages in your life.

I hope this chick isn't a teenager!

No. Age gap is not that important provided that both partners are healthy and have a good mental understanding. My parents' age gap was 8 years, mine with my wife is 10 and my cousins have a 15 years age gap. All our marriages are happy and long lasting, so its the understanding that most important. Plus mature men are better because boys tend to be immature and their wives more mature than them...that's when the trouble starts!

let me see if I understand this. are you asking why a 15 year gap makes a couple unhappy? That may simply be that they dont have any common interests. Do they spend time talking? do they enjoy the same hobbies and music, for instance? if all or some of these questions are "no" this couple may not have anything in common and that alone can make the unhappy.
If they dont have at least a few of the same ideas, feelings, friends, interests, this mkes it very hard to get along for anyone, much less a married couple.

Relation between Husband n wife should ideally be that of equal partners.
Happiness n Unhappiness is a state of your mind. So even though everything is fine and you want to remain unhappy it is upto you. Conversely is also true.
A mature husband is anytime better than a lousy youth who craves for all the attention from the opposite sex all the time.

If the two are over thirty, it doesn't make much difference. But getting into relationships with large gaps while in your twenties can introduce problems because usually you are still trying to figure out who you are in your twenties, and as that changes, it can cause problems when the other person isn't changing with you.

An age hollow? usually it is not any longer quite useful because of the fact the pastimes of each maybe distinctive from the different, notably whilst it includes likes, dislikes , books to study, places to pass, form of dressing and so on...yet whilst actual love is recent between the two, then love will triumph over all....even the age hollow.

Not necessarily. It depends on the compatibility and maturity of the couple.
