The beauty of a woman is in her smile, her heart, it's her kindness, her warmth, her willing to help those in need,her nurturing, mothering, her intelligence,her ability to sense what others need before asking, her desire to do her best and to treat people as she would desire to be treated.
A womans beauty is found within.

More beautiful? No. More attractive? Yes. Makeup creates an illusion which accentuates (or intimates) features which would otherwise appear bland. True beauty exists without makeup but in a surface appearance focussed society, judicious use of makeup is often revered.

I would however agree that make-up used appropriatelly can effectivelly highlight the good and touch up (hide) the unwanted thus crystalising what 'lies beneath'. This is highly debateable as it is not accurate to judge the taste of others: beauty is in the eye of the beholder as well as the beholdee ;o)

I think if the make up is good (you can't tell that there was any applied) it can help you decieve the weaker (male) part of the population into doing your bidding.

Sure, but beauty has so many definitions, it’s in the eye of the beholder so it depends on our view of what is beautiful? My boyfriend thinks I’m beautiful when my hair is messy and my mascara is running and thinks it’s sexy where I think I look like crap. It all depends on the person. With or without makeup if you have high esteem and confidence that is the most beautiful thing!

The biggest mistake young women make is to think that the more makeup they use, the better they will look. The reverse is actually true. Those who use heavy makeup are called Clowns.

Depends on how much make-up. When a woman cakes on foundation and lipstick, eyelashes, and eye liners and shadow..that is just too much. It's ugly because it seems as if they are trying to hide behind it.

I wear light make-up that bring out my natural beauty. The foundation i wear is called Bare Minerals, and It feels so light, it's as if I'm wearing none at all. I put on a natural color lip gloss and light eye make-up. I get compliments on my look everyday

MAKEUP DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO...MAKE UP A NEW FACE. I PERSONALLY ONLY LIKE TO WEAR MAKEUP ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS FOR THE SIMPLE FACT BEING, IF I WEAR MAKEUP EVERYDAY, THEN IM NOT SHOWING WHO I REALLY AM AND WHAT I REALLY LOOK LIKE....WHEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT COMES, IM GONNA LOOK THE SAME WAY. SO THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS YES, WOMEN ARE MORE BEAUTIFUL WITH MAKEUP ON BUT THEY ARE EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL WITH NONE ON. A FACE WITHOUT MAKEUP IS SO MUCH NICER TO TOUCH OR EVEN LOOK AT RATHER THAN A FACE CAKED WITH MAKEUP. WOMEN NEED TO KNOW THAT THEY DONT NEED TO COVER UP THEIR TRUE BEAUTY, THATS MY OPINION.

In terms of looks, the most beautiful women are those that don't need makeup to look beautiful. Natural beauty is what it's all about in my opinion.

In terms of actual beauty, looks are often meaningless. It's the inner beauty that counts!
