There are plenty of graphic designer positions here in Singapore. However, it depends on what type of graphic designer you are. If you are looking for an ad agency, all the major advertising and BTL agencies are here. I would suggest you look at their websites and send in your CV. Agencies here are always looking for talent, and it you are good, they will see you. Of course, it is always best if you know someone!
An employment pass is quite easy to get here, but you need a company to sponsor you and justify your existence. You can go the www.mom.gov.sg (Ministry of Manpower) for more information. Good luck...

There are many related jobs but the problem is you need to prove that you are capable with the relevent computing skills. Go through an official and license job agency in Dubai to help you on the matters on visas and etc. Always remember not to simply accept any work/job contract unless you already verify and checked the validity of the offer, company, etc. Goodluck.

you cant get the same salary as you were getting in Dubai. Many malaysians are running to Dubai for work cause the money there is good. You can try Singapore, its much easier to get a working permit/visa and the money is also good.

Look for job in private firm in Penang, 99% it is based on merit and no racial involved.....oppss sorry there is a quota for Bumi, ok never mind the lower level group will make up the quota, you are a professional no need to compete with them the Indon and Bangla are. it is easier for a muslim to get a PR here, we even gave PR status to Indon terrorists, no reason you can't

it is tough for foreigners to work in MY unless you are employed in Dubal and get posted to MY. There are many graphic designers here and company will not be willing to do visas unless the job is in demand.
