drink more water and eat more fiberous foods. leafy green vegetables, whole grain bread, dried fruits etc. and it will help soften and push the poop out and you wont have to strain so much and make your butt muscles hurt any longer. I assume you are probably mildy constipated. Lay off cheeses, dairy etc (which is very constipating) until your bowels get more regular.

You may have hemorrhoids. If eating more fiber and drinking a lot of water doesn't help, get checked by a doctor.

Use some Preparation H cream to relieve the discomfort.

you are straining too hard and lots of times thats because you need way more fiber in your diet.
