I'm not exactly sure, but I would guess it means some one uses lot's of make up to cover up all there face? I dunno though lol.

Sounds like a line from a poem but without knowing the context it's hard to guess what they meant. Maybe time wasted expressionless, showing no emotion? A guess...

i havent a clue... first thing to come to mind is a blank look representing a blank mind ... then i thought well damn us women waste time putting shite on our face to try to get men to waste their times on us... touching our face... ok too many pain killers for me to give a thoughtful answer

no smile no frown no expressions? maybe it means he is missing life by playing 'poker'(face) or he may not have egg on his face but he also didn't dare to take the chance. Playing it safe taking no risks going no where....
