Just imagine for a moment that everything was the same, but all of our body were absolutely transparent... instead of photos in IDs, there’d be voice recordings...

Without racial discrimination, with no need for diets (only for health reasons), TV would be a problem, but if humanity lived 19 centuries without it I think we could subsist.

In such case, who would we fall in love with? Would there be women rivalry? Would there be sexual abuse?
It doesn’t mean that we wouldn’t have body’s, they would just be transparent.

PS. I thinking of writing a novel with this idea, give me you’re feedback

PD2.Only one person gives me the impression of having a transparent body... like her soul. And this in reality... guesses who...?

PD3 I have a joke referring to this idea, if you want to read it give me you’re e-mail

One more angle to this discussion is that if we were transparent i.e. light would pass through us without hinderence, then we would be blind. This is because light falls on the retina, creates a chemical reaction, and creates sight signals to the brain. If light was to pass through, then a person would not be able to see at all! So yes, we would fall in love with someone else, because to fall in love you need just a heart, nothing else, and we all would still have that. :-) Only there would be no 'love at first sight'; at first sound, or first touch, or at first smell maybe. Excellent idea for a novel!

Anyway, I think falling sor somebody would still be possible even if our bodies were transparent. There must still be a standard in beauty especially when we don't have any idea about the original human body. If we had any idea about the orig human body while transparent bodies are existing, it might not be possible for some to fall in love.

One more thing is that, physical features aren't always the basis for falling. Bodies might be transparent but there are still ATTITUDES to keep that become the reasons for learning to love others..

Physical abuse is possible, of course. We don't have transparent bodies yet but crimes do happen. How much more when your idea is possible?

Yes we would certainly fall in love if everyone's body were trasparent. Blind people do fall in love. Then the things like voice, atttiude, smell and intellect of a person would be the barometer of attraction. Love will find a way.
