Sounds like you are run down as the human body should be able to shake a cold. Take plenty of vitamin C, extercise outside, a brisk walk before work etc. and open those windows when you sleep. Fresh air is better than centrally heated air.

I read in the Sunday Times, Style supplement's "What's the Alternative" about a product called Noni juice that is suppose to massively boost your immune system and help prevent (and rid yourself of) colds. I went to my local health food shop and bought some, and surprisingly I didn't catch one cold all year. I could stand amongst people coughing all over me and sneezing, and I never so much as even had a slight symptom of cold or flu. That stuff is amazing. Heaps better than vitamin C, too! Try it, and I'll bet you'll soon be rid of all your cold symptoms. :)

It sounds familier, like you I to had a cold that seemed to constantly be with me + a severe cough. In the end I refused to leve the Doctors surgery with the usual supply of antbiotics and demanded he carry out some test. After two years of suffering
I was informed I han inflamed sinuses. I still have problems with them but at least now I know how to deal with the condition and it's side affects. I would suggest, you ask your Doctor to check yours. Hope this will help. Take plenty of vit. C.
Good Kuck,
Catherine.

Try taking 1 garlic pearl per day -try a variety that is odourless and tasteless. Echinacea helps the immune system and helps prevent infection. Wicks First Defence is an excellent product and well worth a try.

Chances are you caught one then another shortly after- that should be your lot for this winter. Send them on their way with a home-made chilli not especially hot but incorporating fresh onions and a small quantity of cayenne pepper. Top up with a vitamin C supplement for abt a week and you should be fine.

thats about how long it takes a cold to completely leave your system, just ask your doctor. but keep in mind that this is also allergy season for some, so sometimes you may indeed be rid of a cold but if you have allergies in addition then it may just seem like you are having one long cold

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/lrRtb
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

It could now possibly be an allergy and no longer a cold. Perhaps some new product that you're using.

Take some rubbing alcohol and wipe down your door knobs, phone, keyboard and car steering wheel. You are possibly reinfecting yourself. If it was flu, you'd have fever and muscle aches. A cold is sinus symptoms, mostly. Most important --wash hands frequently.
