pluck because over time if u wax them ur eyelids get floppy... and don-t pluck them too much, thick eyebrows are classy

I would definitely go with WAXING. I find plucking very painful and time consuming. With waxing it is over so quick and if you really hate pain, which I don't think there is any (I'm 13-years-old) you can buy numbing cream. You also get the perfect shape, and some salons do it for under $15.

I go to a salon professional - waxing is painful but I would rather do that than pluck them

pluck, your eyebrows will get floppy, that is what i heard from my doctor. when you pluck you get to choose what hairs to pluck out but when you wax you might get a wrong line.

wax once to get a good shape then maintain by plucking.

Wax. It doesn't hurt and they come up much cleaner.
