unlike pasenger, special cargo rates are given by carrier to freight forwarders only. so you should contact any trusted freight forwarders, and it depends on weight, dimension, destination to give you the requested rate..

Since, I do not know what is the Origin/Departure of the movement , I can not recommend any

call air france directly (toll free if calling from the USA). they will connect you to cargo and give you all the information you need.
