Move you tounge forward and back, just like a slide whistle. Changes the depth of the sound hole and therefore the resonance creating the sound. Look up closed tube resonance.

The faster you blow the higher the pitch.

Blowing harder or softer, or increasing and decreasing the size of the airway.
