My favorite country is the Russian Federation because it is where I was born...although it was called the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic when I was born there. Nonetheless, it is only this country that can claim me which makes it the best! It's all because of me! Ha ha...not really.
I have traveled a lot, but my favorite country is one which I have not even been to...
My favorite is Germany, and although the furthest west I have ever traveled in Europe is to Italy, I didn't go north to Germany when I traveled in Italy. I actually am considering living in Germany within the next few years and definitely plan to take a holiday there as soon as I can; I'm fluent in the German language, and I know all of the German swear words and insults. I need to use them sometime!
Ah, and I've been to Australia also, but I can barely speak the language...ha ha. There is an interesting dialect there nonetheless!

Other than my home country, which is the USA (I have visited 46 states, only 4 more to go)!
China: Because it is fascinating, has an ethnic diversity as great as that of America, has a huge range of geography, climate, urban and rural communities, and is full of wonderful, talkative people.
China is like the America of Asia. The people have a nationalistic pride like America's own, and a long past with incredible cultural icons.
China is deep, and fun, and the food is great!

I've been all over the world and my favorite foreign country is Singapore. Clean, beautiful and a prosperous country as well has a great nightlife, beaches, people, etc. Overall a great place.

obviously everybody will say their motherland is the best..
I am from Mauritius: seas, beaches, endless sands, beautiful hotels, good for shopping and relaxation...
personally it depends in which field since each country has its own,,
For shopping (party shopping): India
For shopping (everyday..): Thailand
For mass shopping: China
For relaxation: Mauritius, Rodrigues
For sight seeing: India, Italy, England..
and the list goes on and on..

the u.s. of course. my favorite all time country. That said, i like asia. Southeast asia. Malaysia and Thailand for the coastlines and the islands. But my favorite has to be Laos.

favorite place that i have been to is jordan....i have been to many countries, and jordan has to be the most interesting. it has wonderful places to visit like petra,the dead sea,mt nebo,madaba,jerash,aqaba, and a place called ma'an, where they have these wonderul hot springs. its like a little paradise!
