some time the lecturer would request or recommend the student to have a text book during classes. How can it benefit the students. thank you

they often give tests on what is in those books even if they never lectured on that topic. You learn more with a book.

bonding in positive self,is very difficult at the times that young people are ask to have skills that maybe, no one in earlier time taught them and the book gives an edge, something tangible to hang on to, makes dead spot less frequent when if they stall they can overcome it with the help of the text, i believe that it is the way a teacher learns to speak in front of a class to when they where students, has its value
