how do u post in forums that dont have a box to post in in the millsberry citizens club?

some forums dont have a place at the bottom to post your reply. can u plz tell me how to post on these forums. thanks

1. You must be a member of MCC to post.
2. If a thread is locked you cannot post to it.
3. You cannot reply to the same thread twice in a row.
