Most probably he has more than one yahoo name,he asks the question under one or more names and answers in another(the name with all the points).He will then give himself best answer every question.It's called point gaming,and they can be reported to yahoo for this.

obviously he had 'help' getting so many best answers... either a friend asking a question and said friend giving him the best answer, or the guy has no life whatsoever
