"Lyfe Jennings - Must Be Nice" for the lyrics. At least according to the 1st two websites on a google search.
As for the Tool song their newest CD is 10,000 days, but there's no "The Box" on that album. There is a song titled "The Pot", but that's a bit of a stretch. I googled as best as I could for anything newer, but got no results, best of luck.

As for the second song, I did a search and all I got were a bunch of hits on "Toolbox" by Aaron Tippin. :)
