U need to get more information about the Error Message ...
It Say Selec . ..... Great Message to know what is going on
Anyway
Ur problem that the PC can't boot first boot from CD-Rom
U need to enter Ur mother board setup & set the First boot device to CD-Rom .
U enter ur Mother board setup by ..... It depend on Ur Mother board kind
Most mother board be opened by Del key on Keyboard or F2 or F10 Or F8 Or try to read which key enter the Motherboard
Search inside the Motherboard Setup about something Call Boot
& Make First boot is CD-Rom 2nd is HD-0 third Floppy
Sure U need to tell more Details.

If your going to install XP, get some kind of CD like Disk Perge, to remove ALL OS Info from the HD... Then try to install XP (Might be better to get a new HD for more space). If this doesnt work, then you need to just buy a new computer, or get a new motherboard and updated drivers.

When you start your computer, keep on pressing del key...
The system BIOS will be displayed.
Select the First boot device as CDROM and restart with the CD in the CDROM.
It will work now.

its probem diffence type
!) chack ur system not effected in vireos
2) Bios problem
other byes u click DEL buteen & chack ur HDD is detect & no first boot CD rom clik & click F10
