For your height, your weight is perfect, perhaps even on the thin side. And if you exercise and eat healthy as you say, you have nothing to worry about in the "weight" department except for becoming anorexic. It sounds like you are suffering from low self esteem and depression. How old are you in comparisson to your height and weight and what foods do you eat that you consider to be healthy?

It is best to go on a vegetarian diet, and even better if you can become a vegan. Just think of all the suffering these poor factory animals go through to become a part of your dinner menu. Plus you'll live longer with out all that fat from meat and dairy products clogging up your arteries. Read John Robbins "Diet for a new America" and "the food Revolution".

If you have a very low self esteem, you have to work on this from the inside. ONLY You can change the way you feel about yourself. When you look in the mirror, the image you see is what other's will see in you. So if you look at every flaw and feel rotten inside, it will be perceived by others and they'll avoid you. To turn on that LIGHT within your SOUL and feel like dancing again, you must find things special about yourself for you are very UNIQUE, there is ONLY one you. And you are here for a very special purpose that no one else can fulfill. Honey, you have to find a smile and start smiling at others. You'll be amazed that just simply by smiling at someone, you'll feel better and so will they. Become friends with someone who is shy and insecure like yourself. Be brave and just start talking to them. You'll be amazed at how much you'll have in common.

Good luck . . . :-)

Get plenty of rest and stay with your diet; you will feel great. If you don't, you might check with your healthcare professional.
