A lot of schools are starting to offer degrees by taking classes completely online. As long as you put the effort into them you get out as much as a normal class.

To become a pharmacist, you do not need a degree. You'll just have to complete the prereqs. Normally that takes 2 years full time. Pharmacy, itself, takes 4 years.

you're never too old to learn. you need to major in pre med and you can attend any 4 year college. If you want to be a pharmacist it will take you getting your doctorate which is 8 years which means you will have to be accepted in a graduate school after you graduate with your bachelor.

majoring in pharmacy takes a long time but WELL worth it. doesn't matter if you're 18, 40, or 60 going into it. my aunt works at Target as a pharmacist and makes nearly 70,000 a year. she is single, as well! go for it.

If you want to get into pharmacuticals, you would want to major in chemistry, or something related to that. you would have to understand how chemicals and medicines react with one antoher. as for your age, there are a lot of programs out there that really accomodate for people who work, they have online courses and things like that. i say you go for it, a normal BA/BS takes about 4 years but programs are different, like i said, go for it!!!
