Murder? We accept some form of it now.
Incest : Trobriand Islanders allow sex between woman and Father.
Suicide: Japanese culture views it as heroic in some instances...

Is there any morality that isn't culturally relavant?

Stealing??? I don't care how much of a criminal you are, how liberal you are, or how little you value yourself and others, but if someone steals something from another person, that person ALWAYS feels bad. You can't steal from a single person on this earth and not have them think that it was wrong. Some people care little about wordly possissions, but in their heads, they know it was wrong. Whether or not you are punished by a law enforcement entity depends on how much crime they want to deal with, not on whether they think it's wrong. They all consider it wrong.

Murder is defined as "Killing without just cause". Antics and arguements over language prevent this from applying to all people, as some people belive abortion is murder, some people belive abortion is not murder. When it comes to a town allowing people to fight their differences, that's not necessarily murder.

Murder isn't accepted in any form by any society and never has been.

You can't say that war is a form of accepted murder because it's impossible to apply the judgement of murder to every death on the battlefield. People die in lots of different ways in combat - sometimes it's murder but most of the time everybody is acting in self defence. Until you've been in combat, you won't understand.

"Is there any human act that has unanimously been forbidden, outlawed, or deamed morraly wrong?"

If you're talking about universal condemnation of any particular acts by a society, murder is the most obvious. Generally, cruelty is not accepted by any tribe, society or even most individuals worldwide. A variety of acts of cruelty are committed by most governments but not without a lot of concealment and secrecy.

You'd think paedophilia would be universally condemned but it was only in Queen Victoria's reign that the age of consent was changed from 12. Some countries still don't have an age of consent.

If you are talking about unanimous condemnation by every individual, there's clearly nothing beyond acceptance and morality for some human beings. There isn't anything that EVERY human being condemns. Every act of evil in this world was committed consciously and wilfully by human beings.

I don't think so. The reason is probably because too many people do not care about the truth. Some don't even believe that there is a truth. When our societal foundations become so subjective, we loose our moral compass. Murder becomes okay in some circumstances. Incest becomes some thing that "both people consented to". We are told to mind our own business. Suicide get the new name euthanasia. Foolish people who have no moral foundation are led to believe these are good things. Anyone who stands or speaks against them is called a religious nut. We do all this in the name of tolerance. And of course those who demand tolerance are the least tolerant of those of us who disagree with them.
Hopefully as we spread Christianity throughout the world, we will someday all have a common set of morals.

One cultures morality does not reflect another's as you have correctly noted - but humans have a conscience which has nothing to do with either culture or religion - it is your own conscience that sets your own personal morality - act against your conscience and you will feel guilt - you may pretend that you don't for a long time, but eventually, particularly when you get ill or old, you will remember and you will feel guilt!

Before you ask that question, you first have to ask what the definition of moraility is. To some people what is moral is not neccessarily what it is to other people.
It is a good open ended dicussion question on society though.

Unless there's evidence to the contrary, consuming feces is unanimously against the rules, and mutual respect and common courtesy are diminishing rapidly.

The torturing of an innocent is forbidden in every culture I'm aware of.

Murdering another innocent member of your "tribe" has always been frowned on as well.

I don't think there is. Anything that is weird and unusual will appear normal for some culture or individual.
