Look don't tell her that you don't want to be friends anymore. Why?? Because you run the risk of never getting rid of her. Because she is going to lay the guilt trip on you. Let me ask you is that the only reason??? If that is the only thing that is bothering you, than talk to her. If she is a good friend let her know. Especially if you have been friends for a long time. Think of it this way wouldn't you want her to tell you why she is ending her friendship with you???

I would just be honest with her and tell her that she is giving you too much stress. You should sit down with her and let her know why you all cannot be friends anymore if that's what your final decision is. If you are just annoyed with her, then talk about that. Ending a friendship is never easy, and sometimes you wish you hadn't when it's all said and done....

I had a jerk of a friend before but he was very sensitive as well, some people would take advantage of that and really hurt him. But I was in the same position, so I just stood up for myself more ditched his calls or said I was busy. That is cowardly, I know but don't want to hurt him.

Telling her that you don't want to be friends anymore will just create unnecessary drama between you guys. Instead you should just stop calling her and hanging out with her...she'll get the hint.

I wouldn't tell her you don't want to be friends with her. That's harsh. Instead, maybe you can tell her you would like some time away. Tell her you are very busy.

It doesn't matter if someone is sensitive or not, if that person gets told one of his or her friends doesn't want to be friends anymore, it's going to hurt.

Put yourself in her shoes.

I would try telling her that she's being annoying so that feelings don't get hurt. Plus, your friendship might improve rather than going to waste.

i have the same problem..but dont know what to do either. i think that u have to say it in a nice, way be like look, we obviously have differnt mind sets. and i really appreciate ur friendship, but im starting to move past our immature state, if she dont get it..then ferget that. if she was really ur freind she would probably understand.

be up front and honest with her about it. If she is annoying then tell her so. She may be sensitive but I'm sure she would appreciate the truth more than than you being dishonest.
