Subduction of the Juan de Fuca and Gorda Plates under the North American Plate created Lassen Peak along with most of the other volcanoes along the Cascades.

um..... i dont know wat u mean by that..... but i do kno that anticline is the arc on the mountain and wat causes the anticline is that compassion is stressing on a piece of land making 2 large pieces of rock push together slowly, (not fast or they will break) and fold together, and u kno how wen u push 2 pieces of paper from the side the middle part goes up and the bottom paper goes down? thats how it goes for the mountain. but id unno about ur volcano
