A very high percentage of non-Americans dislike Bush; the same group disagrees with Americans that support Bush. Some people in the world like Americans, but the number is decreasing quickly. Most non-Americans interact with Americans on an individual basis without pre-judging them. When it really comes down to it, most people are pretty much the same; they're just influenced by their beliefs and culture.

I once read a book called, "Not without my daughter" that was about the country of Iran in the 1970s when the Ayatollah Khomeini was in power (just after the Shah of Iran was ousted). In that book, the people of Iran would shout "death to America" Betty, the author of the book, was horrified but later found out that they really didn't hate Americans or the American people, but the policies of the American government, they actually were protesting the American policies.

With that idea in mind, I believe that the world doesn't dislike Americans, they hate our way of life, our Amerrogance (that Americans believe our way of life is the only right way), and our government, including it's leaders. So, I think they like the Americans a LOT better than they like our current President.

Why would you dislike the American people. Most of them don't like Bush anyway. See approval ratings. Am I supposed to hate the people of North Korea? I hope not. Think a little about your questions.

I am stationed in Germany and travel frequently throughout Europe. Quite often I am approached and asked political questions by curious Europeans. Overall, Americans in general are well liked. In fact, many Germans take vacations to the U.S. purely for the fact that Americans are so warm hearted. They respect the pride that Americans feel toward their own country, and feel that it is something European countries lack. Most Europeans understand that Bush does not directly reflect the American culture and they try to openly accept the American way of life. It is true...Bush is not well liked in Europe, but usually Americans are welcomed with open arms.

Probably George Bush as he is the President, he has to take the blame.

The people of the USA can not do anything but follow him. He hasn't got long to go now so i think the world is taking him less seriously.

I believe people hate CHAMPIONS..George Bush is a CHAMPION, because he takes the lead in things. People are jealous of Americans because of our freedoms. I HATE the word HATE. It's evil to me. I prefer dislike...but them again, satan is evil and jealous of God, so there you go. I like WIN WIN situations. Hating is a LOSE LOSE situation. We are suppose to pray for our leaders and show them respect. That's what's wrong with most nations. No one respects anything any more...sad to think of.
