Catherine Crier and other crime reporters are saying this won't happen, as it is unconstitutional. So what should or can be done to PREVENT this guy from hurting any more children?

The man is obviously mentally ill. I can't see wasting taxpayers money on this man for FBI surveillance. He needs to be put in a correctional facility for the criminally insane, if he is guilty of any child-molestation crime. Otherwise, he needs serious mental health care.

Although he will face Child Pornography charges in California, I think it is great that John Mark Karr was released from custody because his DNA didn't match the DNA they had on sweet, little JonBenet Ramsey, whereas the real killer of JonBenet Ramsey is still out there somewhere.

Why? You say so that he will not hurt any more children. It cannot be established that he ever hurt anyone, and, let me drop a challenge that you come up with any evidence that he did.
If anyone should be under 24 hour FBI surveillance, it should be the Boulder, Colorado District Attorney Office.

I think we should mark their foreheads so they cannot hide! since we don"t have enough damn sense to keep them locked up!
people such as JohnKarr are predators...and our childrens right to be protected from people like him ought to supersede any right predators have!

so if there is no proof there is a cure for this kinda perversion, why haven't we changed the laws? we are allowing this crap to go on at the expense of our children, and i personally, am fed up!

Enjoy that line of thinking because the way things are going in this country we will all be on lists or under some kind of surveillance or tracking. Too bad we can't momentarily shut off individual gravity so that all those people who are afraid of the world could simply jump off.

Best thing I can say at this time is tell everyone you know that there are people like him who want to hurt others and keep the children safe. I take it you've been watching CourtTV, awesome!

It would cost too much to watch him for the rest of his life, a bullet is much cheaper.
