Keith Olberman tells the truth hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaah
last week he brought in a Pres. Clinton intellagent agent who clearly said that the Bush adminstration was working on terorism plan before 911, while olberman was on a rant about Pres. Bush doing nothing before 911. after the man clearly said that the Bush adminstration was doing things legally and in the right order. Olberman want to say thanks for proving olbermans point of the President did nothing. it was so funny.

The Republican Congress gave in to Bush's demands, and wrote bad law in this bill. Instead of clarifying this would only apply to foreign nationals, they allowed the President to determine who exactly is covered.

As a result, the law does not forbid the President ordering the arrest of an American and then hiding/torturing that person without recourse to law. There is no longer a habeas corpus (literally, show us the body) right to have a prisoner's whereabouts revealed, or for them to be seen by a judge to determine if their detention is illegal.

This is just BAD LAW. Will the President do such a thing? Most likely not, but he has been given the power to do it.
