You'd freeze to death almost instantaneously.

That's pure CO2.

However, all seriousness aside, i'd kill to swim in something like dry ice because it looks so cool. The only thing close to it are the natural hot springs in the mountains.

Well, if you could swim through a gaseous cloud, yes, you could swim through melted dry ice. Dry ice turns from a solid to a gaseous form when it melts. There is no liquid state.
