Some do, it would be because of genetics. However, not every Caucasian person I've ever seen had blonde hair and blue eyes.

Those come from Scandinavian Countries.
I tried explaining to my black boss why skin pigment is different in different places. She never could catch on. It has to do with being closer to the equator needs more sun protection. As for why Eskimos have dark hair and brown skin...they migrated from Asia many years ago.

or why isn't there just one race?if we reduced this to the lowest common denominator it would be just me and you standing here and there would still be that question and it has no why about it it just is and the same for you. climate and location made each over five million years can't be summed up as a count in a jelly bean jar,

When god was creating Caucasian people out of mud and blowing life into them, he sneezed and the blast of air blew brown and black pigment into the air resulting in light skin and light hair. He had hay fever when he created albino folks.
