We are trying to concieve and have sex at least twice a day.

Yes. He needs time to reproduce sperm. Cut it back to 3 - 4 times a week. You are over doing it. also track your ovulation and try to sustain form having sex the week before. then go for it everyother day during that week. www.webmd.com can help you track ovulation so can www.mymonthlycycles.com

Yes having sex everyday reduces a mans sperm count. My evidence is that when a man wants to have a sperm count analysis the doctor asks him to give up sex and masturbation for at least 3 days before coming to the lab to have an analysis.

No it is not true. sperm is continually produced, it does however take 30-50 hours to completely replenish itself. Once it does so, excess sperm is released and leaves the body when a man urinates, thus ensuring that the freshest sperm is available.

It doesn't reduce his sperm count... but it doesn't give it a chance to rejuvenate. It is suggested that you have sex every other day to allow for the sperm to rebuild. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You only need to have sex after you have ovulated. This happens on the 13th day after the first day of your period. You can get pregnant up to three days after ovulating. So, start having sex on the 14-17 days of your ovulation cycle, and give yourself a break the rest of the time.

it doesnt reduce his sperm count, but it does diminidh the potency of it.....you should be having sex every other day....and if you know when you are supposed to ovulate, make sure you have sex right before you are supposed to ovulate and right after you ovulate...this is when they say you are actually the most fertile

Yes it is true. You should get a test kit (sold at drug stores) to determine when you are ovulating and wait until then.

yes, why don't you cut down a bit, then the sperm can "build up" and it will have more "oomf"
