I was on the bus, right? And I sat next to this chick, folded my arms and kicked back in the seat listening to my Ipod when I dozed off. I do n't think I was out for a few seconds before I hear her say...."What the f--- are you doing?!!" I get wide awake then. You just touched my boob!!!", she says. Dudes, it was a total accident, and I tell her so, but she gets all ballistic. The driver hears it and tells me to move and I say "Good idea" and I move.
It's not over yet, because people start whisperingg scary s--t in her ear about how I may do this again and how scary I look. And she decides to tell the driver to call the police. After the bus is held up for five minutes the police come I'm sited and now I have to go to court. Problem is....she's told the police that I did this before for 30 min and she tried to push my hand down to get me to stop which is total BS and that she has witnesses to testify and all this junk...what do I do??? I don't want to do time for this kind of bull!

Well they sited me for two counts of sexual abuse (yeah, right) The first because of today and the other because she claims I did this before as I said, BS!
Now I'm not denying that it happened I'm only saying that it wasn't on purpose. But either she's not buy or she needs a whipping pad and I'm it. That sucks royal, man.

CALL A LAWYER!!! Right now it is just your word against hers. However, if she has talked people into believing her story you could be in trouble. Please, Please do NOT do anything else until you call and speak with a lawyer. Do NOT talk to anyone about this case, including the police without a lawyer present. even if you can NOT afford one, it is your legal right to have the court appoint one for you for free.

Tough **** man. What I would suggest is that u tell the officer what happen, and call her on her bluff (it’s obvious she didn’t have any witnesses only her friends). The fact ur asleep helps too. Ask the people on the bus (if u can get in touch with them) to testify against her. Don’t be scared; and if she take u to court with all this bullshit get a lawyer and countersue her for falsifying statement, etc. Seek legal advice (online is not the best place to seek advice for these kind of things). U have nothing to fear; justice is on ur side.

Just get a good lawyer and trust that the witnesses will tell the truth. If she claims that you did it for 30 min, she will be lying to the court. That could cost HER jail time. Why didn't she move? Why didn't anybody else observe it? Not a credible story and the DA may drop the case, if he finds out that she is a liar.

you should be able to prove your case by what time you got on the bus, and what time you were taken off of the bus, and how long was it that the driver had you sitting away from her. also, for her to prove that it happened before she will have to prove what bus, it happened on, what time it started, and also, if this was going on for 30 min, with her reaction the way it was, do you think she would have been quiet for 30 minutes while this was going on. her attorney will have to give dates and times to you, and you will need to retrace your steps and get witnesses to your wareabouts, and it will end up being your word against hers.
good luck to you

Talk to the bus driver! maybe he can testify for you! or when you go to court, fight it! say that you weren't aware of it! that you feel asleep because you had a long day at work! your biggest problem is that she has a witness! so you better try and find one also! maybe people that you see on the bus occasionally! maybe they were there! with her having that witness, it makes your case look REALLY BAD!

You're not going to do time. Unfortunately, you don't have any recollection of what happened and she's got witnesses from the bus. Maybe she'll drop it. If not, get a good lawyer.

call your attorney, don't speak to anyone but your attorney. Have him pull some witnesses who are your friends, supervisors, pastor, etc. who would testify to the fact that you are an upstanding person in an affidavit and have your minister appear with you in court. If you have a gf ask her to testify as well on your behalf as well as your parents.
