The Geneva Convention is like 60 years old and would apply if all involved followed it. Unfortunately, these smelly towelhead terrorists do not, so what the hell...

Christianity has to do with a relationship between imperfect men and a perfect God. Bush is not perfect, but from what I can see, he avoids following something that might be contrary to his belief. His belief may not be perfect, but what he is following by choosing Chrisitianity is a perfect choice.

Now, you asked how I can answer this. I am a Chrisitian looking out at Bush. His actions are very much what I would expect to see in a Christian. I wish he was a stronger Christian, but don't we all. I can say I have this relationship and I am not perfect either. Note: Relationship does not equal religion.

OMG the bible is more vague then the Geneva conventions. The Geneva conventions are more understood by 5th graders then the president. What exactly is Bush's problem????

The Geneva Convention was for those captured in UNIFORM and they were to be treated in the manner that is stated in them. However those who do not wear a uniform are to be treated as spys and could be excuted without a trial. So far as I am aware of none of those who have been and are being held in any prison by the U.S. or England have been excuted as spys.

Its called politics son...... say one thing and do another.
sadly the wrong thing is always the right thing in politics.
If this wasn't true, than bush would not be president.
And correction..... Bush Does not follow the bible.....he says he does .... but he doesn't. People assume that having a "christian" in the white house means that he knows everything, can be trusted, and can be given excessive amounts of power and not corrupt it. which is very wrong...since no single person, group, family should ever be given too much power, but like i say .. the human race will "Vote" ourselves out of existance. (i am not finger pointing at any single group, as everyone would corrupt)

its asinine you persist he has a hard time with Geneva convention. which is a clearly stated document if ever one was written. to speak of vague documents such as the bible and how it should be interpreted is another matter entirely.

Vague is Bush's best friend, the more vague the more open to his personal interpretation it can be and the furhter we get dragged into his twisted little world.
