If you knew something about other people that you felt wasn't right but didn't tell anyone do you think you should tell others?

Not usually.
Secrets are secrets.
But if it could seriously hurt someone, physically or emotionally, I'd consider telling someone who is responsible enough to handle it correctly.

You can judge it yourself in this way. If you tell the secret and the result is that in the long run you may hurt somebody worse than you don't tell, you just should not tell.
Anyway, I think you'd better have a talk with the people about whom you knew the secret.

Thats a very hard question. It would totally depend on what kind of secret. I wish you had specified. If it has to do with a child being harmed TELL THE WORLD. If it was someone having an affair it would depend on the people. Could you ask another question & be more specific?
