Some liberals are against international trade, and so are some conservatives.

Personally I'm a liberal and I'm against the entire Reaganomics but for international trade. Therefore, your question is answered.

And no, liberals don't only want what's bad for America, those of you who think that are just biased and closed-minded.

International trade??? what is it we are trading, we import all their products made with slave labor, we use their "professional services" which on a professional level pay less than a minimum pay job in the U.S. What do we export other than good jobs?

The U.S. has lost it's manufacturing base and all related good paying jobs forcing the American working family’s to buy foreign products from sleaze bags like Wall-Mart because they need to stretch the low income provided by multiple jobs worked by both spouses. The taxable income has dropped along with the pay scales and all the non-union types cry about no one spending money in their small businesses. We have become a nation that relies solely on import because we no longer have productive work here. Why should we compete with a global market that refuses to raise the standard of living for their working class people?

Trickle down, trickle up....I'm tired of hearing about it. If the butcher the baker the candlestick maker, teachers and the rest want to make money; then productive good paying jobs need to return to U.S. soil!

Start putting due tariffs on goods that these anti American corporations flood our shores with and we may see some of this work return to the U.S.

Can a young working couple raising a family afford to buy a house without creative mortgages supplied by the banks that merely place them in the home to pay the property taxes until foreclosure?

Corporate greed and associated politics has ruined this country!

Reaganomics was based on free market principles and allowing people to keep their own money. Keeping your own money is a horrible, horrible thought to a liberal because they desperately want to spend it through massively big and controlling government.

Free international trade is a principle of free market economics and it is good for all countries involved. Don't believe any of this protectionist nonsense. That is simply politicians trying to buy votes. Serious economists support free international trade policies.

There are Conservatives that are against international trade because it harms the economy in the United States. Why not include Conservatives in your question?

democrats/liberals are against anything that is good for this country period. If you have a profitable business they will envy you and try to take it away and give your money to foreign aid and welfare
