My friend is fourteen years old and a nineteen year old boy slept with her. I can't get her to tell anyone. She thinks it was okay for a guy that age to sleep with a girl that just turned fourteen. I don't want anyone to know it was me that reported it, but he has done this to girls as young as thirteen, and I know he won't stop.

Even if she didn't say no, it is still statutory rape. It is illegal for a ninteen year old to sleep with a fourteen year old. Legal consent in my state is 16+

Two days after he raped her he dumped her for another girl. She still likes him even though he is a jerk!
I'm also scared her parents might really flip out and do something stupid to her! The are really conservative.
I want him to stop doing this to young girls! He has done this to many girls younger than her even. He is obviousely a pedophile.

That's a tough spot. It sounds like you have a good level head on your shoulders. If you know this guy has had sex with several young girls, I think it's important to let an adult know. Can you talk with your parents about this or a school counselor? That may get the ball rolling and put the spotlight on his behavior. The girls are being victimized, even if they don't realize it. The young man needs to understand that what he is doing is wrong, it's illegal and it will not be tolerated. You are a good friend.

There is nothing you can do to report it. Her parents would have to call the police and report it. The only thing you could do would be talk to her parents and if you do that then she will probably know who told them. My 15 year old(almost 16) cousin was in a relationship with a 21 year old and her parents never knew that they were having sex until she wound up pregnant. Her parents didn't tell the police because it would have crushed their daughter. The point is that the police will not do anything unless the parents press charges and since she's probably "happy" they most likely won't do anything besides get her on birth control and provide condoms.

As with any crime, there must be a perpetrator and a victim. You feel that you are the victim. Even if you were to get another person to anonymously report the 'crime' you, as the victim, would have to be named and provide testimony. All of the facts would have to be disclosed, an investigation will have to take place, a police report made and the prosecutor will have to file the case in court. There cannot be an anonymous victim! If you want all this to stop, call the police and file a report. You will have to testify in court, and that cannot be done anonymously.

There's no way to report a rape anonymously. If your friend doesn't come forward and testiify and have herself physically examed, etc., there's no way to report a crime. You can tip oof her parents maybe, but don't bother with the authorities.

you have really got to tell someone, what would yall do if she ended up pregnant? she may be mad at you for a while but in the long run would'nt it be worth it to keep her life on the right track?
she is so, so, young,,, too young to be having sex. By the way,, he is just using her for the sex,, how does she feel about that?

yes, you can report it. Go to your school councellor, call the cops, even tell her parents. Yes, it is rape and even if your friend doesn't realize what you are doing...it is for the best. I agree with you he needs to stop.

i kow u r ocncerened about ur friend but dont be abusy body leave her alone with the matter as she did it knowingly
if you still feel then inform her parents /guardians etc who are taking care of her and let them handle it

I would tell her parents that you know. She may get in some trouble but they will hopefully do the right thing and contact the authorities.
Good luck.

What proof do you have to prove they had sex? The police need evidence! Will your friend cooperate? If your friend claims nothing happened their is no case. Even parents can do nothing without actual proof, usually takes a pregnancy so their is DNA etc.
